Sophrology is a method created in 1960 by the neuropsychiatrist, Alfonso Caycedo. The Sophrology techniques act on both the body and mind which are intimately connected. It can help you to release tensions, to relax both your body and mind and bring you towards a state of well-being. Its goal is to give you tools that you can use on a daily basis in complete autonomy to cope with challenges and uncertainties in life.
